Working for this company will give you access to terrific benefits, a wonderful work space/office, and a dynamic team culture.Your responsibilities- Reconcile discrepancies by examining possible sources of disagreement, recreating likely actions, and identifying the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as needed- Post financial information to journals and ledgers- Assist with general accounting tasks, including G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, and other ad hoc projects- Code documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of expenditure codes and accounting codes- Support accounts payable by filing vendor invoice and disbursements and by matching & filing A/P invoices- Produce statements and reports using a variety of sources- Support Accounts Receivable: process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance- Complete other related duties and assist with special projects as needed
