Our Company:BrightSpring Health ServicesOverview:Perform various accounting duties and financial analysis for the Accounts Payable/Payroll GL functions company-wide.Responsibilities:--- Prepares, generates and processes journal entries related to the month-end close for payroll, benefits, and accounts payable.--- Prepares and maintains monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for various accounts.--- Prepares and maintains bank reconciliations for various cash accounts.--- Interfaces payroll to the general ledger.--- Conduct research for outstanding issues evidenced by the monthly reconciliations until successful resolution has been reached.--- Conduct research for Audit questions and issues (Field, Quarterly, Annual).--- Conduct research for Accounts Payable/Payroll Related Field questions and issues.--- Oversees the proper storage and maintenance of all accounting documentation.--- Ensures compliance with the company's stated accounting policies and procedures.--- Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in Accounting--- CPA Preferred--- Minimum 3-5 years experience--- Possess analytical abilities, effective communication skills, capacity to work on multiple projects, organizational skills and team oriented.--- Strong knowledge of general accounting methods and theory as well as above average proficiency with Excel, Word, and Oracle accounting applications.About our Line of Business: BrightSpring Health Services is a leading provider of complementary home and community-based pharmacy and health services for complex populations in need of chronic and/or specialized care.
