on our journey? -We are seeking a Finance Senior Manager - Retail
Sales to lead financial responsibilities for a group of Retail
Accounts totaling $2.6B in Revenue and helping to support the
Retail Field sales force. In this role, you will partner with
multiple Retail Regional Sales Directors to evaluate opportunities,
provide guidance, and support the decision-making process with data
& analytics. This dynamic and fast paced role requires a
self-starter who is outgoing, can work well with the sales teams
and embraces change. Position Finance Senior Manager - BG&I
Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities -
Financial lead supporting a group of Retail Accounts totaling $2.6B
in Revenue - Support multiple Retail Regional Sales Directors, and
the Retail Field sales force - Develop profitability models &
assist in pricing / promotions decisions - Provide Weekly/Monthly
Sales performance by Region / Customer / Product Line - Lead the
monthly closing process, and provide guidance for Budget & all
estimate periods - Use analytics to identify opportunities & drive
actions to meet financial targets - Drive Controllership &
financial integrity throughout the team - Partner with operations
in developing and executing strategic vision - Manage backside
incentive program accruals & ensuring balances/payments are correct
- Manage the relationship between AR & Operations to drive down
past dues & write-offs - Lead, coach, & develop Finance Development
Program members in rotational assignmentsMinimum Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Technical Field -
Minimum 7 years Finance or relevant experience - Demonstrated
leadership skills and high energy level - Polished communicator -
able to work effectively with all levels of management - Analytical
skills - must be able to analyze information and identify
implications - Ability to manage multiple directors & projects
while consistently delivering results - Cross-functional
coordination and influencing skillsGEA Finance Competencies and
