Receptionist
Objective:
Broadcast Media company located in Louisville, KY is in search of a
Receptionist to act as secondary support for Facilities
Coordinator. The Receptionist will handle all client relations and
business pertaining to reception, including maintaining the general
operation of the office and providing administrative support to
senior management as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
--- Answer incoming calls and directs to appropriate parties. Take
and relay messages as needed.
--- Greet visitor and guide them to meeting rooms and/or timely
notify the person being visited.
--- Perform general administrative functions to support daily
operations (i.e. ordering and coordinate catering, coordinate
various client requests, support new hire onboarding, reserve
conference rooms and assist with all internal meetings/events).
--- Receive and coordinate distribution of mail, packages and
supplies including maintaining kitchen inventory and controlling
stock.
--- Maintain a neat and tidy reception area, clearing any clutter
on an ongoing basis and maintaining a professional, comfortable
reception area.
--- Act as liaison to property management and other internal teams
(i.e. IT, Security, Networking and etc.).
--- Complete various other tasks as requested.
--- Maintain highest level of customer care while demonstrating a
friendly and cooperative attitude
Qualifications:
Pay Rae is $14.00 per hour
