We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who has a high degree of focus on quality and can expertly support our admin staff and CAREGiver team as we work to change the face of aging and enhance the lives of senior adults and their families. Key in-office responsibilities include answering and handling phone calls, filing and organizing, maintaining accurate records, relief scheduling, assisting with hiring processes, helping with billing and payroll processes and computer data entry. The right candidate must enjoy a job with lots of variety and responsibility in a very fast-paced environment.
Prior relevant administrative and office experience required. Caregiving experience with seniors is also required.
This position participates in the weeknight and weekend on call rotation. While on call, the Office Coordinator is responsible for handling essential business operations and must be available to work flexible hours as a CAREGiver should the need arise while working on call. Candidates must be willing and able to help our clients with bathing, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, med reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, incidental transportation and errands on occasion as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements:
High School graduate minimum, some college or college degree preferred
Let your history of success shine (scholastics, prior employment achievements, awards, etc.)
Prior experience caring for seniors required: CNA a plus
Prior relevant administrative assistant experience required
Proficiency in Windows and Office365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
Knowledge of the senior care industry considered an advantage
Scheduling experience a plus
Valid driver's license and insured automobile required
