Right now, we are searching for an experienced, brilliant, driven Receptionist who will handle a wide range of administrative duties for Waystar's new receptionist space. Demonstrating professionalism, solid judgment, discretion, and effective written and verbal communications, this person must be proactive in anticipating business needs and always present themselves in a professional manner. He or she will display consistent positive energy and will be ultimately responsible for an efficiently run office. An ideal candidate for this position can approach problem-solving challenges independently, enjoys working in a team environment and has a strong attention to detail. What you'll be doing: * Welcome guests to Waystar's Louisville office and make them feel at home * Oversee the main lobby, conference center, board room, and reception to ensure the areas are properly maintained * Handle all incoming calls and inquiries, directing calls to the proper person or taking and delivering messages when necessary * Serve as Office Coordinator, a resource for team members * Handle incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail * Maintain visitor logs * Distribute Temporary Badges as needed * Assist with Louisville office parking management * Serve as a Floor Marshal * Coordinate and communicate with office security guard * Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of basic office supplies * Approve vendor invoices as needed * Assist with coordination of local events and participate in internal initiatives and activities * Handle administrative duties, including preparing correspondences, assembling of company materials, filing, scanning, and faxing, as required * Other projects, as assigned What we're looking for: * Bachelor Degree preferred * Proven track record of excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette * Be professional, friendly, and helpful and project a positive image for Waystar * Must be dependable with excellent attendance record * Professional personal presentation * A self-starter who is able to anticipate needs of our guests and the office * Organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to engage in problem-solving skills to help identify and solve potential issues that arise * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Must be a quick thinker and be willing to dig in and find answers efficiently. * Must have experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Waystar provides cloud-based technology that simplifies and unifies healthcare payments.
