Well-established, highly successful, and rapidly growing
Kentucky home remodeling leader seeks a dynamic Office
Administrator for a full-time role in the Installation Dept of its
Simpsonville area location. -Position OverviewThe Office
Administrator is responsible for driving customer satisfaction
through supporting installation excellence, process-related
efficiencies, and outstanding internal and external communications.
This position protects and advances our brand by helping to ensure
we provide a 5-star customer experience. They do so by facilitating
the on-time and error-free installation of our products and timely,
responsive communication with our customers and production staff.
Essential Job Functions: - - - - - - - -
Upload measure packets after Install
Manager approves the project, and update statuses and dates in our
CRM.Make install packets, ensuring all forms are accurate for the
job.Update customer on installation and manage post-install
follow-up communications.Assist in setting installs with
Installation Manager.Manage completions received/uploaded. Manage
receivables not collected from installation.Process completion
funding. Manage action required from installation to completion,
sharing ownership with Installation Manager.Update CRM with install
dates.Process labor bills, including uploading them to our
CRM.Create and manage priority services.Post Install Follow-up
Manage remake requests from
installation to accounting. Manage flow and upload of customer
settlement credits.Manage the flow and uploading of legal
settlement documentation.Other Duties
Maintain departmental -achievements
and KPI's for installation for an assigned branch. Updates weekly
crew count with Installation Manager.Assist Warehouse Manager, as
necessary.Schedules building maintenanceManages building cleaning /
manage cleaning crew(s)Misc. duties as
assigned.Qualifications/Education:
- 3+ years prior administrative office, or office management
experience
- Clerical or administrative experience in home improvement,
replacement contracting, home services, or related industries is
considered a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong aptitude to optimize schedules.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to problem solve and collaborate with others to reach
resolutions.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Highly organized.
- Accurately type 40+ words per minute
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office and Online
Systems/CRMs (i.e., Salesforce.com)What We Offer:
