As part of the Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist exists to draft, edit, and publish advertising, copy, and content, to support the execution of the company's vision and mission by promoting services and increasing brand awareness.     The Primary Responsibilities:
  • Write high-quality and creative marketing and recruitment content for all digital and print channels
  • Assist in developing and implementing quarterly Marketing campaigns for the branch offices (i.e. Blitz in a Box, Account Based Marketing Campaigns, Updated Blog Content, etc.)
  • Research topics to find unique insights that provide the audience with useful and relevant information, while communicating and embodying the company's values
  • Interview employees, providers and customers for case studies, testimonials, and white papers
  • Copywrite for corporate internal communications
  • Work closely with other departments to make sure all initiatives and goals are met
  • Maintain all content libraries on SharePoint and our internal ordering platform
  • Develop and execute marketing and recruitment marketing plans and activities to support the company's focus areas for growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong focus on graphic design and content creation
  • Manage relationships and activities for outside marketing vendors: Promo shop, printers, office signage
  • Maintain and format all internal documents (this includes contracts, forms, sales training type materials)
  • Local events and activities: Support offices for small scale graphics requests, for example: job fair flyers, recruiting flyers, ads in bulletins
  • Branch information updates to website, google my business, yelp etc
  • Social media: Monitor and reply to online reviews; coordinate with local offices if needed, develop and post content to all social media properties
  • Internal Communications: coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and send weekly internal communication emails; manage company-wide calls
  • Develop marketing content
  • Analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Developing, Managing and Analyzing the success of our employee-facing marketing campaigns as follows:
  • Managing Pay-Per Click Campaigns for Google, Facebook and Indeed
  • Developing the creative for the ads (artwork)
  • Managing quality scores to maintain the lowest possible cost per click - Managing key words to maximize results
  • Understanding of how to track web visitors (via Phenom People Analytics) and influence their behavior in order to generate more applications
  • Coordinate efforts to attract applicants utilizing internal and external internet sites, job fairs, business fairs, and employee referrals
    The Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Highly creative, detailed, methodical, and structured
  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Committed to helping others plan and execute
  • Experience working in a very fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with peers and leadership
  • Proficiency with computers, especially marketing programs
  • Adaptability to changes in priorities and project; a self-starter
  • Ability to influence others through content
