Schedule: Part -Time during the summer season only (seasonal) Monday -Friday 7:30am to 11:30am What we are offering: $15.00-$16.00/HR The chance to get some sun this summer while learning about our amazing industry! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Meticulously maintains curb appeal. • Keeps up all public access and interior areas in an attractive, comfortable condition (leasing office, models, amenities, bathrooms, etc.), including but not limited to daily tidying, trash removal, and cleaning. • Assists other maintenance team members and performs light maintenance tasks as directed, including but not limited to painting on turns/make-readies, assisting with work tickets, placing work area signage, etc. • Assists in in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turn/make-ready (trash outs). This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC). Equal Opportunity Employer
