Description:will be involved in field installations, equipment repairs and plant start-ups. This role will routinely involve working with other field team members, contractors, engineers, and area sales representatives. Field responsibilities will include piping, component repair, equipment take-down and installation--- Provide service and customer support during field installations and repairs--- Maintain the workload to the promoted schedule--- Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks--- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the proper solutions--- Produce timely and detailed service reports--- Document processes, including timesheets--- Follow all the company's and customer's field procedures and protocols--- Cooperate with labor crew, and office personnel, and share information across the organization--- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations--- Build positive relationships with the customers--- Train customers on the use and preventative maintenance requirements of the new equipment--- Work with other onsite contractors and have some familiarization with heavy equipment--- Participate in customer meetings; pre, during, and post jobSkills:weld, equipment installation, Mechanical, Field service, asphalt, aggregate, quarry, Installation, industrial equipment, welding, repair, maintenance, equipmentTop Skills Details:weld,equipment installationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- Proven field experience--- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service mechanical equipment--- Familiarity with standard hand and electrical tools and their applications--- Ability to layout equipment in 3-dimensional space with consistent accuracy--- Ability to layout benchmarks and points of reference--- Proficiency at reading CAD drawings through entire hierarchy from general arrangements to details--- Ability to weld, cut, and fabricate when needed About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
