Description:Our client seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be process-driven, focused on continuous improvement, and able to communicate effectively at every level of the organization.Location- Near Wichita, KSRelocation-full relocation package to the areaKey Responsibilities:----------------------- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.----------------------- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.----------------------- Identify and resolve operational problems to ensure timely and efficient production.----------------------- Provide training and coaching to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with established processes.----------------------- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.----------------------- Participate in the planning and implementation of new product launches and production line changes.----------------------- Work with maintenance and equipment teams to ensure proper equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.----------------------- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.----------------------- Use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.----------------------- Lead or participate in project teams as assigned.Requirements/Skills:----------------------- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (IE or ME.) is required.----------------------- 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.----------------------- Team-oriented with a belief in collaboration.----------------------- Ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure success.----------------------- Process-driven and focused on continuous improvement.----------------------- Strong communicator, verbally and in writing, at every level of the organization.----------------------- Comfortable setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.----------------------- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.If you are a motivated and results-driven Industrial Engineer looking for a challenging opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team, please submit your resume for consideration or apply below to SGoudy judge.comUI955757
