Consider joining our team as a Part-Time Grounds Technician for Village of Coldstream in Hamilton County of Cincinnati,Ohio. This is a seasonal position running from May to December.

Who You Are:

• A minimum of one year of grounds maintenance experience or a related field.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Seeking seasonal and part-time hours.
• Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Willing to undergo a drug and background check if offered the position. What You'll Do:
  • Maintain grounds, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways by removing debris.
  • Fulfill work orders for light to moderate maintenance requests.
