Job Description:
JDP is seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Manager (Head of
Maintenance) in the Louisville, KY area! The candidate will be
responsible to schedule and control all Plant Projects, Preventive/
Predictive Maintenance programs and functions.Excellent relocation
package to the area!Responsibilities:Drive reliability
programsMonitor PM programs, Parts inventory & schedulingSupervise
and coach direct reports Complete direct reports performance
reviews and provide feedbackRecommend equipment and processing
system modifications and replacementsRemain up to date on plant
technologyImplement Root cause analysis on repeated equipment
faults.Establish and administer and effective
predictive/preventative maintenance programOversee all processes
for maintenance and engineering associates Lead inclusive of plant,
division, and company goalsWork closely with outside organizations
such as OSHA, EPA, FDARequirements:Bachelor's degree preferred;
Engineering degree preferredPSM/Ammonia Experience highly preferred
USDA/Food Manufacturing Experience5+ years' experience in the food
industry5+ years of Management ExperienceKnowledge of GMP, EPA and
OSHA requirementsStrong attention to detail Strong analytical and
strategic thinking skillsProven leadership skills
