Engineer is responsible for leading projects across the
manufacturing network resulting in KPI attainment. Serves as
project resource for large project implementations from design
through start up. Through project leadership, creates a culture of
employee engagement to drive improvements. Job
Description/Responsibilities:
- Design safety into all new bottling installations. Develop SOPs
for all bottling operations that drive practices to reduce and
eliminate workplace injuries.
- Leads bottling continuous improvement efforts across the
manufacturing network to include evaluation of performance of all
bottling lines and recommending changes in equipment, equipment
layout and bottling practices to drive improvements in quality and
line efficiencies. Create /evaluate production efficiency plans and
organize and direct improvements utilizing corrective action
techniques.
- Works with operations leadership across the network to identify
bottling improvements needed and to develop improvement project
plans and budgets. Monitors progress and reports to operations
leadership. Identifies obstacles to project completion and executes
plans to get projects back on track.
- Sets up each improvement project in PPT, ensuring all team
members are added and assigned tasks completed to keep projects on
time and under budget. Uses PPT to keep key stakeholders on track
and informed of project updates.
- Leader of all bottling continuous improvement efforts across
the manufacturing network. Continually drive bottling projects and
processes that have an ultimate goal of providing cost savings
while keeping safety and quality at a high level.
- Leader of the Bottling continuous improvement program and
culture across manufacturing network. Works with site leadership to
achieve Best in Class bottling operations through system and
process changes that result in operational and efficiency
improvements. Provide support to the New Product Development Team
in executing the bottling of new products within timelines and
budgets. Work with site management to successfully implement new
initiatives including package changes.
- Works with site leadership to ensure compliance with safety,
regulatory and environmental requirements for all assigned
projects.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations through continuous
improvement of bottling quality and line efficiency across the
manufacturing network.
- Participates in the PDS process, meeting expectations for
reporting on learnings and using feedback from the process to
ensure optimal outcomes for the role. Qualifications/Requirements:

- Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
- Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and
systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering related discipline
- 3 years relevant experience (minimum)Preferred
