Job Description Job Description Requires prior troubleshooting and maintenance experience on stamping and forming dies 1st and 3rd shifts open Direct hire with Benefits! TIG welding experience required higher pay rates for 3rd shift Duties and Responsibilities: Engaged learning under mentor-ship of close supervision of experienced tool and die technicians. Provide support in troubleshooting/repairs and system improvements within operations and engineering. Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction activities. Maintain a clean orderly work area and support 5S initiatives. Plan/perform bench and machine operations requiring simple setups and methods to maintain tolerances. Perform difficult and exacting machine operations requiring a variety of setups and methods to maintain tolerances. Adjust and repair tools, jigs, fixtures and gauges.
