currently seeking candidates for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer
role in Cincinnati, OH. Our client is a well-established industry

an experienced engineer who is looking to take the next step into
leadership . Key Responsibilities: · Lead, develop, and optimize
manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and
throughput. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean,
Six Sigma, and other process-improvement methodologies. · Provide
day-to-day technical support to production teams, troubleshooting
issues and eliminating root causes. · Collaborate with
cross-functional teams—Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and
Operations—to support new product introductions and implement
engineering changes. · Develop and maintain work instructions,
process documentation, and standard operating procedures. · Oversee
equipment performance, support capital improvement projects, and
recommend upgrades or new technologies. · Conduct time studies,
workflow analysis, and capacity evaluations to support strategic
planning. · Serve as a mentor to junior engineers and technicians;
leadership experience is preferred. · Ensure all processes comply
with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality
systems. Qualifications: · 7–10 years of experience in
manufacturing engineering within an industrial or high-volume
environment. · Leadership or team-lead experience preferred ;
strong desire to move into a leadership role required. · Proven
success in process improvement, equipment troubleshooting, and
manufacturing optimization. · Experience with Lean Manufacturing,
Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. · Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and project-management skills. · Excellent
communication skills and ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field). What We
