Responsibilities Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements Inspect and top off vehicle fluid levels as needed Check and adjust tire pressures Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts Keep shop area clean, organized, and safe Maintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and manuals Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic equipment as needed Assist with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, A/C, etc.) Document and complete work as outlined on repair orders following all dealership and factory standards Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs Perform warranty work to manufacturer specifications Qualifications Entry-level experience preferred; eagerness to learn and grow required Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair preferred Strong physical dexterity and ability to work with tools Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills Punctual, reliable, and able to collaborate in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Basic computer skills Willingness to learn new technology and procedures Excellent customer service skills and a desire to grow in the automotive field Benefits Competitive Pay – above industry average Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation & Holidays Short/Long-Term Disability Paid Training & Growth Opportunities Employee Vehicle Purchase Plans Family-Owned & Operated Dealership Employee Discounts on Products & Services Job Stability with Long-Term Career Paths Health & Wellness Programs Join Our Team If you’re looking for a career with a family-owned dealership that values long-term employees, offers full benefits, and provides opportunities to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.
