Join our SHC Medical Partners Team in a Vice President of Business Operations role!:We are looking for:Candidates with Collegiate Degree (Bachelor/Masters) in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or BusinessMinimum of five (5) years' experience as an Executive/Leader in Long Term Care (Post Acute)Expertise in EHR along with workflow and practice management Must have great administrative, organizational and computer skills Must be able to travel up to 70% of the time SHC Medical Partners is a healthcare provider that is committed to providing quality medical services across the continuum of care.:#LI-DSG1:Summary:Under supervision of the COO, provide day to day leadership and oversight to Practitioners with a strong focus on care path compliance, professional growth and staff retention and staff satisfaction and burnout issues. The position will also serve as a key member of the leadership team in executing company directives and setting accountability.Essential Duties Responsibilities: Medical Services Education: Promote and communicate the companys Values, Vision, and Mission to all post-acute partners. Participate in the recruitment, orientation, and on-boarding of licensed providers. Assist with the integration of new providers into the SNF environment, while clarifying roles and expectations to all involved. Collaborate with post-acute partners, including SNF leaders, Medical Directors, and attending physicians to ensure on-going alignment of strategic direction. Assist with care path compliance, while assisting to eliminate barriers to success. Monitor and evaluate quality of care, appropriateness, while providing continuous improvement of licensed providers through effective talent development strategies. Confer with customers regarding key performance indicators and the value of the medical models supported by the company. Ensure customer satisfaction across the continuum of care. Collaborate with supervisors and management to identify trends and learning/development needs. Support clinical end users in documentation in an electronic health record by providing education, resources, and support. Operations Analytics: Ensure proper interface between Care Navigators, post-acute partners, and licensed providers to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies. Analyze practitioners individual performance and company-wide performance against key performance indicators to discuss and create performance plan with leadership team. Develop, maintain, and analyze various tracking documents to facilitate the communication of operations. Maintain and develop relationships with all customers and key strategic partners. Prepare and submit progress reports on company initiatives and ensure data is accurate, as requested. Assist with strategic initiatives for new service lines and revenue growth, improving current services and processes, while providing innovative thinking and working with leadership and various teams to execute the plans. Administration Regulation: Attend required conference calls, webinars and education/training events and ensure ongoing commitment to professional growth and leadership development. Report and escalate matters to executive management as needed. Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described environment. Build and support organization's mission and culture by working alongside community leaders, Executive Directors, government officials and senior Staff/Board members. Assist the operations teams in the management of the companys special projects and initiatives when assigned. Other special projects and administrative duties, as assigned. Accountability: Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure accountability. Set goals, monitor workflow, and evaluate results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Work with senior management to develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and initiatives. Job Requirements: * Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business, preferred.* Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent required.* Minimum of five (5) years experience as a Post-Acute executive / leader .* Expertise in EHR along with workflow and practice management. * High level of planning and implementation skills to successfully execute all necessary projects, group strategic initiatives, etc.* Effective verbal and written English communication skills. * Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation. * Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. * Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.* Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.* Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and clients.* Must be able to travel to multiple sites of service in multiple states, at least 70% of time.Signature HealthCARE is a family-based healthcare company that offers integrated services in 10 states across the continuum of care: skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, home health, cognitive care, and telemedicine.p.
