Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced manager of Financial Reporting and/or Treasury. You will be responsible for ensuring that our company follows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP). In addition to preparing or reviewing reports that include financial statements, you will coordinate with external auditors as necessary. Our ideal candidate is a certified public accountant (CPA) who has experience in a large accounting firm or finance management and wants to learn the history of a company while driving processes into the future.

Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

* Assist in the Preparation and review monthly financial packages for management, including financial statements
* Coordinate with external auditors as necessary
* Ensure regulatory compliance
* Maintain confidentiality of our financial data
* Provide valuable insight into budgeting and forecasting processes
* Prepare monthly compliance packages associated with external reporting
* Review journal entries
* Assist with accounting for significant transactions entered into by the Company

Treasury

* In this role you will be assisting with the day-to-day treasury operations
* Add value through forecasting cash flows on short-, medium-, and long-term bases, maintaining and developing reporting and insight packages for management
* Continuously seeking new ways to improve the companys Corporate Treasury processes
* Monitor and manage the Companys daily cash and ensure adequate liquidity
* Assist in processing timely and accurate wire payments
* Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
* Create and maintain reports to monitor and review merchant processing fees

Requirements and Qualifications and Preferences

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
* Certified public accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
* Professional accounting or financial management experience required
* Familiarity with the US GAAP and reporting standards
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of a consolidation process within an ERP system
* Demonstrable experience in understanding and using databases
* Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
* Experience in hospitality industry a plus
