Silipint is a fast-growing manufacturer of patented Strong by Nature--- silicone drinkware and housewares.The company is looking for an extremely personable and motived account manager who can excel in this role to help accelerate our rapid customer growth. This is a proactive account management role who is also driven to hunt! This person will grow and sell within an existing customer base and territory and generate incoming leads. Savvy relationship cultivators with extensive experience managing the demands of a dynamic and diverse customer base are ideal in this role.RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish long-term and strategic relationships with existing customersGenerate new opportunities with existing customer base: large retailers, breweries, gift shops, coffee shops, etc.Close new inbound business opportunities efficiently and professionally over the phoneQuickly process inbound sample requests, orders and mockups for existing customersCommunicate new product and company updates to current customersKeep detailed and accurate records concerning prospects and related sales cycle within Salesforce CRMPerform required number of selling movements per day and meets established sales goalsFocus on upselling within territoryTravel from time to time to close a sale or attend trade showsMonitor and report competitive activity and trends within territoryPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESPolished professional presence and demeanorStrong professional telephone presencePromotional Products and/or wholesale/retail industry knowledge a plusStrong mentality for farming and nurturing new opportunities within existing customersSolid understanding of basic sales methods/techniquesAbility to make decisions and work with little supervisionAbility to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitudeDynamic, organized, detailed and time management orientedExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsSelf-confident, self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, results-oriented and success drivenProficient with MS Office applications and Salesforce CRMAbility to travel occasionally to trade showsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of three years of successful account management experience
