Description:Project Manager:Willis Klein Commercial Sales, a distributor of Division 8 and 10 architectural building products is seeking a qualified Project Manager. This position will be based out of our Louisville, Kentucky office and support our Commercial Sales Division. We are an established and diversified family owned business supplying materials to the residential and commercial building markets since 1961.Project Manager QualificationsThe ideal Project Manager is experienced and knowledgeable about construction, have strong organizational skills and an understanding that attention to detail is imperative. Our project managers are responsible for jobs from post bid to closeout, this includes detailing, submittals, scheduling, ordering delivery and/or installation. Having the ability to prioritize, communicate and multitask is a must. A proven track record for meeting deadlines, staying on or under job costs and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships is vital to our success.Responsibilities:

• Manage several projects at one time with complete understanding of plans & specifications
• Maintain and improve profit margins through detailing and understanding of product and spec's
• Coordinate all aspects of jobs including: RFIs, submittals, change orders, deliver schedule
• Ensure material orders are placed on time, correct and delivered to job on schedule
• Communicate regularly with contractors, vendors and in-house departments
• Regular on-site job visits and attend progress meetings as required
• Troubleshoot all job-related issues with contractors, manufacturers and in-house departments
• Self-motivate, detail oriented, ability to multi-task
• Advanced problem-solving abilities
• Continued and steadfast high regard for customer relationships MUST HAVE Skills:

  • Microsoft Office and above average computer skills
  • 2 years minimum experience in the construction field
  • Construction project management experience preferredSalary:
    • Base salary $40,000- $45,000 plus commissionBenefits:
