looking for a dedicated Director of IT Technical Support to join

is where you belong! -The Director of IT Technical Support will
report directly to the AVP of Informational Technology and will
manage the daily activities of Trilogy IT operations and technical
services. The Director is responsible for planning and directing
goals and business objectives for Trilogy IT, implementing and
maintaining enterprise-wide system hardware and software tools
ensuring scalability and compliance, and managing established
operating policies to mitigate overall risk. This individual will
also oversee the company end-user hardware/software initiatives and
ensure customer service objectives are met for all Trilogy
entities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Responsibilities:Directs the day-to-day tasks of Level 1, Level
2.Enforce IT security policies and ensure both Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
and HIPAA security compliance.Manages relationship with third-party
vendors for oversight of IT services, software applications and
devices located in the Home Office and campuses.Oversees IT asset
management processes and systems for all software and
hardware.Ensures IT customer service objectives are met by
providing real-time solutions and process improvements. Resolves
problems, completes audits, identifies customer service trends,
determines systems improvements, and delivers technical support in
implementing change. Provides escalation when needed to resolve
issues with 3rd party IT vendors.Directs hardware procurement and
works with vendors on product pricing levels.Manages large-scale
enterprise IT projects and communicates results to senior
leaders.Interacts with end-users in a professional and friendly
manner.Provides Tier 2 & 3-level user consulting, trouble-shooting
and problem-solving support for IT opportunities.Recruits, screens,
selects, hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and develops a team of
qualified and highly motivated individuals.Conserves resources by
adhering to financial stewardship using prudent judgment related to
expense(s) incurred by the company.May include travel (up to 20%),
including overnight stay as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's
degree in Information Technology from a four-year college or
university or at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a
related area or the equivalent combination of education and
experience.Five (5) years Information Technology experience.
Healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment
preferred.Previous management of large-scale IT Service Desk
required.Project Management experience preferred.Experience with
leading teams/projects preferred.Network and infrastructure
protocols and tools.Health Care Systems and Health Care Terminology
preferred.
