in the development and implementation of the mission, goals and
objectives of the facility as established by the governing body.
The COO assumes responsibility for managing the daily operations of
the facility, ensures compliance with hospital, JCAHO, federal,
state, local and other regulating agency standards and serves as
Acting Administrator in the absence of the CEO.This opportunity

RequirementsEducation: Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing,
Business Administration or related behavioral health
fieldExperience: Five years in a senior management position of an
administrative/leadership level in the mental health care
fieldLicensure/Certification: LCSW, RN, or other licensure
preferredKnowledge: Must possess knowledge of organizational
theory, decision-making processes, human resource and financial
management, and marketing. Must understand and act upon complex
issues and problems, must communicate and interact effectively with
