Healthy Families Program Manager
COMPENSATION:
- $49,000 - $56,000 annually (salaried, exempt)
- Full benefits (eligible 1st day of the month following 30 days
of employment)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Program Management of Healthy Families
- Program planning
- Ability to prioritize issues
- Ability to delegate duties
- Proactive activity (knowing and doing)
- Revise Healthy Families Policy and Procedures when indicated as
result of technical assistance
- Office Management
- Organizes and conducts routine Healthy Families Advisory Board
meetings
- Program team development
- Staff and team meetings
- Use of good communication
- Fiscal Management
- Preparation of annual Healthy Families RFF
- Preparation of monthly billing
- Meet or exceed monthly budget (revenue and expenses)
- Ongoing search for new grant opportunities
- Fundraising involvement

- Enhancement of New Hope Services name

- Supervision
- Supervise Healthy Families Supervisors
- Supervise Healthy Families QA

- Handles staff disciplinary issues with supervisors
- Documentation of all accountability issues
- Back-up to supervisors for supervision
- Review supervisor's documentation
- Shadowing of supervisors
- Provide skill and professional growth opportunities for
supervisors
- Consultation/troubleshooting of unusual situations
- Monitor Policy and Procedures Manual, orient staff to manual,
and participate in annual review of manual
- Meet or exceed all service expectations
- Quality Management (review HVTIS records)
- Completion of Healthy Families Service Review
- Program outcomes/program goals and objectives
- Meet deadlines
- Utilization of creative and innovative approaches
- Credentialing responsibilities
- HFI/HFA standards are current
- Ensure Healthy Families programming fulfills local DFC
expectations
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Perform tasks as requested and be held directly responsible to
the VP/Director of Social Services
- Attend monthly managers meetings
- Be thoroughly familiar with, and review at least annually,
Personnel Policies and Procedures of New Hope Services,
Inc
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all personnel and financial
matters of the Corporation
- Contribute to the team effort to accomplish the Mission of NHS
and NHCFS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree, Council for Higher Education Accreditation
(CHEA) approved, in Social Services field such as Sociology,
Psychology, or Social Work or other degrees deemed applicable in
accordance with established service standards is required
- One year supervision experience along with knowledge of the HFA
program and curriculum highly desirable
- Must possess a valid state driver's license and proof of
insurance coverage per company policy and have a vehicle that is
reliable for transportation of consumers
