Description:Baptist Health is looking for a Director, Research
Operations!This leadership position serves as the administrative
lead with accountability for sponsored and investigator-initiated
research activities across Baptist Health System. The Director of
research operations comes to the role with proven clinical and
technical expertise/ This role will promote collaborative
leadership in the ongoing development of research, adhere to and
foster integrity of operational processes (both administrative and
clinical), develop and manage operations budgets, human resources,
regulatory compliance and standardization of operational
activities. This position will lead the research managers to ensure
efficient day-to-day operations and strong financial performance.
Success in this position will be evidenced by the achievement of
patient-centered service excellence, standardization of operations,
continued programmatic research growth, strong financial results
and investigator engagement. Consistent with the mission and vision

known for exceptional clinical trial management and high-quality
outcomes. This leadership position is expected to create a culture

regulatory compliance.Minimum Education, Training, and Experience
Required
- BSN or bachelor's degree in Health Science
- MBA/MHA preferred - Research expertise may be substituted for
advanced degree.
- Minimum of five years leadership experience in a healthcare
setting.
- Licensure/Certification: - CCRP, ACRP-CP, CCRC, CHRC, or other
research certification or credentialed within 2 years of hire
