COMPENSATION:$49,000 - $56,000 annually (salaried, exempt)Full
benefits (eligible 1st day of the month following 30 days of

DUTIES:Perform tasks as requested and be held directly responsible
to the VP/Director of Social ServicesAttend monthly managers
meetingsBe thoroughly familiar with, and review at least annually,
Personnel Policies and Procedures of New Hope Services, IncMaintain
confidentiality regarding all personnel and financial matters of
the CorporationContribute to the team effort to accomplish the
Mission of NHS and NHCFS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree,
Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) approved, in
Social Services field such as Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work
or other degrees deemed applicable in accordance with established
service standards is requiredOne year supervision experience along
with knowledge of the HFA program and curriculum highly
desirableMust possess a valid state driver's license and proof of
insurance coverage per company policy and have a vehicle that is
