Primary Location: Louisville, Kentucky

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Project Manager for our premier client Louisville Kentucky.

Education and Experience"

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
• PMP Certification through Project Management Institute
  Preferred:
  • Graduate Degree in Business or Information Technology
  • Demonstrated experience with KeyedIn PPM and all MS related products
    
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
    • Direct, negotiate and manage conflict resolution / conflict management to ensure cross-functional team members, often with disparate priorities, remain focused on project objectives.
    • Ensure the required tracking and reporting take place.
    • Create detailed project requirements documents and task-level project plans to organize cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure critical dates are defined and delivery dates are actively managed.
    • Ability to adapt to new and changing business enviro.
    • Ability to follow-through and manage the challenge of multiple priorities under deadlines.
    • Working knowledge in the use of industry standard Project Management methodologies and tools
    • Capacity to understand and quickly process basic information technology concepts.
      WHAT YOU'LL DO:
      Job Responsibilities:
      • Ability to operate under the pressure of strict deadlines.
      • Excellent time management skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Provide clear communications through strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and tactfully with all levels of the organization.
      • Peer review work of teammates and provide appropriate feedback.
      • Demonstrate ability to lead virtual teams.
      • Ability to work with and manage vendor relationships.
      • Process improvement oriented
      • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
