The Regional Construction Manager will be based in the Cleveland, Columbus or Pittsburgh area and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of 45 - 55 stores and will be able to make decisions independently. Other responsibilities include:
--- Responsible for meeting with store management to discuss repair and maintenance and or remodel projects, negotiate bids, and execute plans
--- Ability to lead and manage multiple construction crews and projects
--- Strong mechanical background and technical knowledge of building services
--- Must be proficient at negotiating, networking and using resourcing techniques
--- Serving attitude, willing to go above and beyond to make sure job is done right the first time
--- May come in contact with company trade secrets, confidential information, and intangible assets

Requirements:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Minimum 5 years related facilities maintenance experience with multiple entities
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
Certifications: Preferred certifications in HVAC and OSHA
