The Principal DT Program Manager - Final Mile Delivery will partner
with DT & Business Leadership team to plan, design, deploy,
strategize & execute the DT capabilities for the Final Mile
Delivery specifically focused on Oracle ERP. He/she should act as
liaison between the development team and business team, will be
responsible for establishing project timelines, ensure timely
delivery of projects, maintain project(program) charters /
project(program) progress, ensure Say / Do on Programs. The
Principal DT Program Manager will ensure all SMEs and Functional
Owners are using appropriate tools for task updates, owns running
Daily/ weekly scrums with appropriate team members to ensure
project tracking and raise timely escalations as needed and enable
the team to resolve them.

How You'll Create Possibilities
--- Own & drive Final Mile Delivery Solution needs across business
functions
--- Collaborate with Functional owners/team and Business partners
to understand the use cases/requirements and pain points
--- Discuss the solution approaches and merits/de-merits of each
solution option, identify and address gaps.
--- Drive and Lead Significant improvements on existing processes
and practices.
--- Be proactive in assessing the execution risks and raise
appropriate And Ons in timely manner.
--- Drive and Lead Significant improvements on existing processes
and practices.
--- Establish and maintain project timelines, ensure Say/Do on
delivery of projects, maintain project(program) charters.
--- Provide proper support to Core DT/Business teams to ensure
smooth operations
--- Driving regular and adhoc cross functional team meetings as
needed.
--- Ensure regular communication to stakeholders on project(s)
progress.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications
--- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering
equivalent from an accredited university or college
--- At least 12-15 years of IT industry experience with atleast 5-7
years of experience of Project / Program Management.
--- Sound understanding of processes for Wing to Wing Business
processes for Order To Cash (O2C) and/or Procurement to Pay (P2P)
functions.
--- Good Working Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 processes - Order to
Cash (O2C) and/or Procurement to Pay (P2P) functions , like
Internal Requisition (IR) - Internal Sales Order (ISO) Process,
Back to Back Order Process and Drop Ship Process.
--- Sound Knowledge of Project Management/Ticketing tools like
JIRA, Smartsheet, Service Now---.
--- High-level understanding of Oracle Functional modules (OM,
Pricing, Finance, Inventory, TCA, PIM) and a strong Business
acumen.
--- High-level understanding of integrations (like Mulesoft) and
their wing-to-wing implementation
--- Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams,
Functional Owners, and Enterprise Architects.
--- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and relationship management
skills.
--- Highly collaborative and a good team player.
--- Highly proactive and results-oriented with excellent critical
thinking skills.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
--- Certification on SAFE or other related agile project management
methodologies
--- Exposure to Oracle Warehouse Management module
--- Exposure to Salesforce Field Services.
