Job Title: Director, Procurement - Further ProcessedCompany: Supply Chain company supporting a global foodservice brand across multiple conceptsLocation: Louisville, KY. Great relo policy!Job Summary: The leader of Further Process Procurement will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing and supplier relationship management. Team member will be accountable for ongoing category leadership including, strategic sourcing, supply and contingency planning, COGs forecasting and supplier item pricing, commodity risk management collaboration, and support for innovation and quality. Will have one direct report: Senior Procurement Manager. As a part of a relatively small company that supports a global brand, you get the nimbleness and family feel of start-up with the stability and budget of a major company.Job Requirements:- At least 7 years of progressive Supply Chain / Procurement experience. Including management experience. Some Further Processed Procurement experience required.- Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, Irvine, or Plano.- Prefer prior leadership role with a QSR or foodservice brand.- Must be a self-starter with the leadership and personality traits to interface with and influence many different stakeholders. An extremely high level of ambition and motivation for success. Innate curiosity to use data to make decisions.- Must be confident, a strong decision maker, and capable of deftly handling conflict.- Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's preferred.
