Tacos!Roles & ResponsibilitiesCondado Tacos is looking for
Assistant Managers who are expressive, knowledgeable, and
hospitality driven to support the Restaurant in all things Condado.
As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the
overall feel, look, and general success for the front of house.
Management is expected to engage with all roles of the operation,
and to be an active resource for our hourly and management teams
day-in and day-out.Aside from making sure our team is successful,
here are a bunch of things we focus on daily:Always putting the
guest experience first!Ensuring every item that is delivered to the
guest meets the highest standards for quality and presentation set
by CondadoConstant awareness of the feel and vibe in the restaurant
and setting the standard for the rest of the staffNot only finding
the best talent, but training and supporting the team dailyServing
the local community as if they were friends and family; whether
inside or outside the four walls.Dedication to health and safety
standards outlined by Condado and the Department of HealthAssisting
GM in controlling COGS, labor, and other budgets as set by GM and
Regional Manager.Writing schedule for Front of House staff while
taking into account team members strengths and weaknesses, and
business trendsWork closely with GM and AGM on Condado
initiativesAssisting with interviewing, hiring, and training of all
new team membersAdminister human resources and risk management
compliance issuesSupervision of side work for all rolesOpening
and/or ClosingAssisting in the execution of weekly
inventoryMaintain Condado store emailsBuild and adjust ordering
pars for daily and weekly food, liquor and dry stock ordersTemp and
taste all food itemsOther duties as neededMinimum
QualificationsPassion for the industry including the highest
standards for service and guest interaction.Minimum 1 years of
previous restaurant manager experience requiredManager ServSafe
Certification preferredPassion for tacos, tequila, and beerBe
willing to work nights & weekendsDedication to health and safety
standards outlined by Condado and the Department of
HealthFamiliarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing
