Self Storage Manager Job DescriptionStor All Self Storage is seeking a Store Manager for our location in Lousiville (40223). The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service by helping customers understand their needs, recommend storage solutions, and help them acquire the needed product solutions. The Manager will assist reservation and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees, and insurance, and completing lease agreements. The Manager will build relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility and drive rentals. The Manager will sell and manage merchandise inventory that includes industry essential items such as boxes, tape, and other appropriate products that meet customer needs. The Manager will ensure customer accounts are current and perform collections responsibilities as necessary. The Manager will ensure the appearance of the property is customer-ready by cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, removing debris, wiping windows, etc. Ultimately, the Manager will ensure property appearance is safe and welcoming. The Manager will work in one or more locations, independently or with another manager. The Manager will manage, verify, balance cash drawer, prepare and make daily deposits. The Manager will conduct a daily physical storage unit inspection confirming inventory availability and ensuring each unit is secure, occupied, or ready to rent. The Manager will work closely with the Sr Area Manager, Training Manager, and Auditing Manager to receive training and coaching when needed, striving to exceed all company expectations.
