Responsibilities for this Registered Nurse opportunity include, but are not limited to:
• Provide age-appropriate care to children admitted into pediatric ICU
• Observe changes in patient's conditions and report and alarming changes to the doctor on duty or pediatrician
• Consult with doctors and members of healthcare team to comprehend patient's medical issues and implement care plans
• Meet the developmental and emotional needs of children in the pediatric ICU
• Maintain confidentiality in matters related to the patient, family and client facility staff JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RN REGISTERED NURSE - PICU PEDIATRIC INTENSIVE CARE UNIT:
• 2 years of previous PICU experience
• BLS issued through American Heart Association
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
