Job Description:
Critical Care Float Pool - Must be experienced and work in
Intensive Care/Transitional Care/and ER
Medical Float Pool - Must be experienced and work Med/Surg and
Behavioral Health
Float Pool - Must be experienced and work in 2 of the following
areas: Shift Administration, Med/Surg, ED, ICU, TCU Behavioral
Health
Must be licensed to practice as a RN in Indiana
Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire (all units)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 1 yr (ICU, TCU,
Shift Admin); within 6 months (ER)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 1 yr (ER, Shift
Admin) Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) within 1 yr
