  • KY license
  • 2 years of experience in the CVOR or Main OR (COMPLEX)
  • Has completed at least one travel assignment successfully
  • BLS
  • EMR -Cerner
  • Complex ortho, neuro, vascular, transplant and ENT cases preferred
  • CVOR experience preferred
