Internal Medicine opening in Bardstown, Kentucky. Locums - Bardstown, Kentucky, Internal Medicine Job

  • Looking for coverage for a practice with a retiring internal medicine physician
  • Practice also includes a very seasoned 1.0 FTE APRN. This is a busy rural based practice located on a facility campus
  • Schedule: Tuesday - Friday
  • Looking for a start around mid/end May
  • Shift times: Tuesday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Any call? Shares practice call on rotating basis (1:8)
  • Duties: Cover ambulatory clinic; E/M visits, wellness, very few procedures
  • Required Procedures: Excisions, destructions, injections
  • EMR: Epic
  • Support Staff: 1.5 FTE CMA, 2.0 Front Office Staff, 1 Referral Specialist
  • Admissions per day:
  • Patients/day: 18-20
  • Types of cases: Internal medicine
