Job Description:
Given the growing demand and trust in our counseling services,
we seek an experienced, licensed psychologist or master's level
therapist to join our private practice. When you join us, you can

population (couples, individuals, anxiety, PTSD, depression,
etc.).

training (with an elevated focus on Christian integrated therapy
and evidence-based practices). Benefit from practice-sponsored
state licensure renewal and an annual CEU stipend
--- Limited administrative duties. This is a W-2 employee position.
Therefore, you will focus on doing what you love and leave the
administrative duties to us (e.g., HIPAA-compliant email systems,
EHR, automatic payment processing, telehealth platform, etc.) No
credentialing responsibilities are required. No insurance billing
is required given our private-pay referral base
Compensation: Psychologist: $87 - $113 hourly. Master's Level: This
will depend on how much you charge clients per session. The hourly
pay depends on how many clients you see in a 2-week period.
Responsibilities:
--- Maintain effective, ethical, and empathetic counseling
relationships with clients in adherence to the standards of our
practice and HIPAA laws
--- Perform clinical intake assessments and conduct therapy
services as scheduled (in-person and remote)
--- Develop and execute treatment plans, determine appropriate
milestones to gauge client progress, and maintain accurate client
documentation
--- Attend team meetings, clinical presentations, and practice
workshops as required
--- Stay up to date with scientific research regarding therapy
practices. Attend case conferences and
--- didactics as required
--- Be open to integrating Christian counseling into their therapy
sessions for clients who find this valuable in their treatment (no
Christian counseling experience is required, but willing to learn
how to integrate this into your therapy sessions)
Qualifications:
--- Doctoral degree in psychology or Master's degree in the mental
health field.
--- Licensed psychologist or Master's level therapist (LCSW, LMFT,
LCC, etc.) in the State of Kentucky and maintenance of Kentucky
licensure at all times after the hire date
--- Comfortable working with clients in a face-to-face setting or
via telehealth (most of our clients prefer to meet in person)
--- A strong foundation of interpersonal and communication skills
is needed for individual, couple, family, and group therapy.
--- Agree to follow the American Association of Christian
Counselors' ethics code.
--- A desire to work with couples given that most of the people who
call in want marriage counseling. After you've established a
caseload, we can transition you to your preferred population to
work with.

Louisville and surrounding areas with a particular focus on
evidence-based practices and servicing those looking for
faith-sensitive services. We offer both in-person at our clinic
location in Louisville and through telehealth counseling services
throughout the state. Most clients prefer face-to-face rather than
online counseling. Our typical clients are high-functioning,
psychologically minded, Christian-focused, and insightful
individuals/couples who value therapy.
Our practice offers individual, couples, and family counseling. We
utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, Gottman Method,
Prolonged Exposure, etc. Didactics and case conferences are offered
with an emphasis on Christian integration (combining psychology,
theology, and spirituality) for those clients who desire it.
