Job Description:

• This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding state-of-the-art senior care practice in the Louisville, Kentucky
• A successful physician-owned outpatient care clinic is looking to hire an additional physicians to provide Medicare-friendly service to the patients
• The group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only setting
• You will work Monday-Friday starting at 7:30am with the last patients scheduled at 4:10pm (with an hour lunch break)
• There is absolutely no hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding required
• The shared phone call schedule is 1:10
• Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site, robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience better
• Each physician has a patient panel of 400-500, which allows for amazing continuity of care
• The group is offering a competitive salary ($225,000+)with $15,000 sign-on
• In the second year, there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonuses
• These bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveys, and not productivity
• Each physician also receives malpractice coverage, relocation, and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance
