We are hiring NEMT Companion Drivers who are responsible for delivering transportation, companionship and assistance services, using a company vehicle, to our clients across the Louisville metropolitan area. The NEMT Companion Driver will accompany wheelchair-bound clients as well as ambulatory clients to medical appointments (kidney dialysis, routine doctor visits, pharmacy or lab stops ---) and social activities for senior living communities (grocery shopping, sports events, fishing ---).Hear directly from employee as to the Company's Culture by clicking on this link:https://envoyamerica.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/Envoy-America-Culture-Book.pdfEssential Job FunctionsDeliver transportation, companionship and assistance services, using a company vehicle, to older adults and patients.Assist the clients in-and-out of the vehicle, and if/as needed, with any personal items they may have. That includes going with the clients inside grocery stores or doctor appointments or staying with them on a social activity like attending a sports event or faith-based event.Deliver all aspects of the service in a safe and responsible manner.
