Our Advisors provide professional sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical/Dental/Vison insurance to existing and prospective customers. This is a temporary 5-month contract (end date Jan 31, 2024)In this position, you will:

• Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use assumptive sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the clients insurance products.
• Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use assumptive, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the clients insurance products (when applicable).
• Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses
• Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/recordoutcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-upAt Sutherland, you can grow your own way, do interesting things, and be yourself.     • Active L&H insurancelicense, validin state of residence
