Nurse Practitioner

Wage $65 an hour (Negotiable)

Seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or a 2 day assignment to perform physicals for new hires.

Schedule

Wed 11/29 - 8am-5pm

Thurs 11/30 - 8am-5pm

SERVICES:

Physical Exam (w/ vitals, UA dip, vision)

5-panel Rapid drug test for all non-dot employees

Audio test

Jamar Grip tests

Stair climb tests

Lift tests

Push/Pull Cart Test
