Pay Rate: $1556.00 - $1793.00
Candidate must be 50 miles from facility to be considered
Candidates to have the FLU vaccine no exceptions
Number of Beds: 462 bed Hospital
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment: Shimadzu & GE portables
EMR: Cerner & McKesson
Scrub Color: ceil blue top, black or ceil blue bottoms
Must Have Skills/Experience: Surgery C-arm & Portable
proficiency
Preferred Skillset/Experience: O-arm experience & Fluoro
experience
Type of Patients on Unit: ER patients, In patients, Stroke
protocol
Personality Fit: Laid back & motivated
Call Requirements: 1 weekend shift a month
Required Certifications: ARRT, KY Radiation Operators License &
BLS
Years of Experience: 2+
