Job Description:
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse to
provide 1-on-1 Skilled Nursing care to a pediatric aged patient
who's located in the Louisville Metro Area.Patient care
responsibilities include enteral feeds management (g-tube),
medication administration as needed, and assistance with
ADLs.Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pmWhy Join

ProgramResponsibilities:Utilize the nursing process to assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment,
provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with
prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic
and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.Collects,
analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care
members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
