A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for effective scrum ceremonies and coaching teams
towards Agile maturity
Coordinate and facilitate project and sprint production releases
across multiple teams
Guide a team toward stable velocity and meeting sprint
commitments
Required Qualifications:
2+ years healthcare revenue cycle industry experience
5+ years of experience leading complex, technical projects
2+ years' proficiency in Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA)
5+ years experience in Scrum Master role and software project
management
Any of the following certifications: PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe
