    • Float Requirements: Yes - PTCA (Only CVICU patients) or other ICU units
    • Must Have Skills/Experience: CVICU experience, ECMO, Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience, Hemodynamic (Swan) experience
    • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Recovery, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience
    • Personality Fit: Understands this is a high acuity floor and is a hard worker with a positive uplifting attitude
