RN Telemetry
Louisville, KY, 40202
3 Months Contract
Department: No Norton Hospital 4 GHK
Shift Timings: 19:00-07:30 Hours 3 days 12 hour shift (Monday-
Friday)
Per Week: 36 Hours.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and
communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with
members of the healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications
Work Experience (Basic): 2 years of acute care RN experience

--- Obtain 12 lead EKG
--- CPAP/BiPAP
--- Trach Care
--- Traction
--- Epidural/PCA pump
