  • KY License
  • 3+ ER or 2 years ER with 3 years minimum as RN
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIH
  • TNCC
  • LVAD experience, CEN certification, CCRN certification preferredOther Details:
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Float to any unit
    • Number of Beds: Main ED 24, Fast Track 7, Observation 5, 7 Hallway beds
    • Patient Ratios: 4/5 to 1 based on acuity
    • Equipment: Defibrillators, Pace maker interrogators, Doppler, ultrasound, A-lines, CO2 monitoring--
