    • Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
    • Years of Experience: 2 years
    • Float Requirements: Must be willing to other units at Frazier
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift: 7p-7a
      • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
      • Weekend Hours: 6:30 PM TO 7:00 AM (Every Third Weekend)
      • Call Requirements: No
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Number of Beds: 28
        • Patient Ratios: Day Shift - 1:6 - Night Shift 1:8
        • Equipment: Tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, vents
        • EMR: Cerner and ITW
          • Additional Details
          • Dress Code: Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue
          • Any unacceptable attire: hoodies, t-shirt, sweatshirts, and any outside of the uniform
