  --- Active RN license (KY or Compact)
  --- 1+ year of recent geriatric Home Health experience required
  --- On call 3-4 (evenings) per month including 1 weekend (day) per month required
  --- Homecare Homebase + OASIS-E experience required
  --- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
