Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: --- 24 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of
Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of
months. --- 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from
any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a
Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
--- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50
miles from facility to be submitted.--- Flu vaccination required
after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Cannot have
any previous hits on licensure. Cannot have any of the following
background hits: Domestic disputes or domestic violence (at any
time), theft (within 5 years), DUIs (within 5 years), drug charges
including marijuana (at any time), felony (at any time). --- Weekly
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours. --- Weekend Hours: Every Third Weekend.
--- Float Requirements: (Must be willing to other units at
Fraizer). --- Equipment: Tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris
IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound
therapy, suction, vents. --- Must Have Skills/Experience: Trach
Care and G-Tube. --- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Med Surg. ---
Type of Patients on Unit: Spinal Floor / Brain Injury. --- Scrub
Color: Galaxy Blue. Block booking allowed. Maximum days off: 10
days 1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference
type) - required for submission Driver's license required for
submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- NIHSS
(NIH Stroke Scale)
